Using this site
This website describes the roofing work we do around Schenectady and what it typically costs. It exists so you can decide whether to call. Reading it creates no obligation on either side. It is general information, not an offer or a contract.
Prices and estimates
Every figure published on this site is a typical range drawn from real jobs, not a quote for yours. Roofs vary in pitch, layers, decking and access, and the number for your roof comes only in a written estimate after we've looked. Until you have that written estimate, nothing on this site binds us to a price, and nothing you've read commits you to hiring us.
Accuracy
We keep the site current with how we actually work and price, but we don't warrant that every detail is complete or error-free at the moment you read it. Where the site and your written estimate differ, the written estimate wins.
Liability
To the extent New York law permits, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. This section does not limit any liability the law does not allow us to limit, and it has nothing to do with the workmanship terms in a signed estimate. Those live in the estimate itself.
